Cloud Engineer – Galway/Hybrid Our Client, a multinational financial services corporation seeks to hire a Cloud Engineer to join their agile, cross-functional team and to provide value to their delivery teams through technology solutions. Their team blends deep technology & business expertise with a passion for exploring and implementing new emerging technologies.
They are passionate about opensource contribution and participating in foundations like the CNCF and CDF while embracing a continuous learning mindset in an open and transparent culture.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring ·Hands-on experience in 1 or more languages (Java, Python, Go, C# etc.)
·Hands-on experience implementing automation & CI/CD pipelines.
·Experience working hands-on with AWS and/or Azure.
·Serverless hands-on development and architecture experience implementing Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, etc
·Extensive knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CFT, CDK, etc.).
·Understanding of common engineering best practices.
·Hands on experience working with container workloads.
·Passionate for new technologies and cloud trends.
·Passionate about working in a DevOps environment.
