PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops.Majored engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall orBasic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / ProgrammingPassionate about customers and new technologyExperience working within the software development or Internet industriesExperience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applicationsDemonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)Advanced English communication skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong customer focus & Multi-tasking skillsSelf-starter who is excited about technologyTroubleshooting / Support experienceAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
