The AWS Support team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and that have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. - Majored engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall or
- Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming
- Passionate about customers and new technology
- Experience working within the software development or Internet industries
- Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
- Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
- Advanced English communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter who is excited about technology
- Troubleshooting / Support experience
