Program Loading : Load and input CNC programs into the machine, ensuring accuracy and proper execution.
Material Selection : Select appropriate materials for machining and ensure they are properly loaded and secured.
Machine Operation : Operate CNC machines to produce parts, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Quality Control : Monitor part quality during production, performing regular inspections using gauges, calipers, or other tools.
Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues with machines or parts, performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production output, and any maintenance performed.
Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, production teams, and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Experience you need: 3+ years in the window and door industry operating a CNC Machine Proficient English Read and interpret CAD Drawings Setting up programs.
