CNC Programmer / Machinist Location: Co. Waterford, Ireland Salary: €45,700 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Benefits: Pension plan, bike to work scheme Overtime: Occasionally available at time and a half Syntech Recruitment is partnering with a client specialising in precision manufacturing, seeking a highly experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist with expertise in programming and operating Doosan/Fanuc CNC machines.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company based in Co. Waterford.
Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC machines to produce precision parts from specifications.
Store programs for repeatability and optimise manufacturing processes.
Work with various materials, ensuring accurate selection and ordering for each job.
Maintain strong customer relations, delivering high-quality products on time.
Work independently and under direction to achieve project goals.
Ensure excellent housekeeping and maintenance of the CNC workshop and equipment.
Requirements: Proven experience in programming and operating Doosan/Fanuc CNC machines.
Strong understanding of materials used in precision manufacturing.
Ability to manage the entire process from drawing to the finished part.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Additional Information: Must drive due to remote location.
