A well-established and expanding company is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their dynamic team.
Location / Hours: This is a full-time position with standard hours from Monday to Friday located near Newry, Ireland.
Hours: 40 hours per week, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Some overtime may be required.
Main Responsibilities & Duties: Develop programs for intricate and bespoke projects in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with production and schedulers to ensure critical path milestones are met.
Maintain quality standards, including the proving of first-off parts.
Create work instructions and set-up sheets.
Essential Requirements: Demonstrable experience in manufacturing complex precision parts on 5 & 3 Axis CNC machines with in-depth knowledge of CNC programming techniques, CAD/CAM, jig, and tool design.
Demonstrable experience with HyperMill CAD/CAM software for 3 + 5 Axis machining.
Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
Ability to work with operatives to set up and prove first-off parts.
