PE Global Healthcare are seeking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 in cardiac theatre in association with our client, an acute hospital based in Cork. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a new state of the art ICU unit and work with the latest advancements in medical technology in a facility designed to provide the highest quality care. Job Overview: Under the guidance of the CNM 2 the CNM 1 will coordinate and lead a team of staff to contribute to the establishment of the ICU unit. The CNM will be responsible for the quality of patient care, manage resources, lead the team and be accountable for all nursing activity in the area. The CNM will promote best practice in the delivery of nursing care within the inter disciplinary team and support and facilitate colleagues to achieve goals for the department.
