We are hiring a CNM 1 - Day of Surgery Admissions Lounge - (DOSAL) for a Private Hospital in Dublin , Ireland.

Key Responsibilities Adhering to the NMBI's professional code of conduct for nurses; taking part in defining the scope of practice; and offering competent guidance and leadership for nursing services.
To encourage providing high-quality care to all patients treated in the department.
To organize and make sure that The Day of Surgery Admissions Lounge operates smoothly and that resources are used effectively.
To provide services flexibly.
To create and launch a pre-admission phone service to support the admissions service.
To guarantee an effective flow process for the patients of the Day of Surgery admissions lounge, to collaborate closely and to communicate openly and promptly with the managers in the Theatre Department and in-patient wards.
Requirements Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI, and hold a current NMBI PIN Possess two to four years of acute setting post-registration experience (important) Possess a recognized degree or background in the field (ideal) Possess a minimum of one year's experience in management (recommended) Possess the necessary training in management (ideal) Must have a track record of clinical and professional excellence Strong IT abilities and adept at using all pertinent apps.
