We are hiring a CNM II- Clinical Facilitator (Educator) into a Private Hospital in Galway, Ireland. 37.5 Hours per Week/Permanent Contract We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the centre of all we do.
Key Responsibilities To enhance outcomes for patients by assessment of standards of nursing and healthcare assistant practice, the planning and implementation of appropriate education and professional development and the ongoing audit and evaluation of standards and patient outcomes.
To provide a quality educational and supportive service to nursing staff/students The co-ordination and management of up to date educational/clinical programmes for relevant staff.
Support the clinical audit of practice within the hospital and supported by the Nursing Management. The post holder has accountability both professionally and legally for decisions she/he makes which impact on patient and staff health, safety and welfare.
Requirements R.G.N.
Five years of experience after registration Appropriate managerial experience and/or a postgraduate degree Outstanding communication, leadership, responsibility, and interpersonal skills; suitable clinical and managerial abilities with proof of ongoing professional development The roster will typically operate five days a week, although in accordance with service standards, a flexible approach to work schedules is necessary.
