Job Description RecruitNet International Ltd specializes in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas, we guide you through professional registration, job placement, visa, and employment permit processing.
  We are hiring   a CNM II- Rowan Ward .  (full-time &permanent)   in a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
  We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are central to all we do.
          Responsibilities    To encourage the provision of all patients treated in the department with high-quality care.
 To guarantee adherence to all hospital policies and procedures.
To choose priorities and fulfill obligations under duress To keep track of records and other paperwork related to patient and nursing care.
 To keep an eye on and assess clinical efficacy and quality assurance within the department.
 To support the development of a safe, competent, and skilled nursing workforce.
 To plan and oversee ward/area operations to guarantee that every patient receives the best possible comprehensive nursing care.
 To plan, direct, and coordinate nursing care and liaise with allied services   Supervise the professional work of nursing staff and Health Care Assistants.
  Participates in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, arranging relevant services and documentation.
  Ensures safe custody and administration of all medications.
  Carries out rounds on floor with medical staff.
  Ascertains medical treatment and liaises with Clinical Nurse Manager II.
   Ensures maintenance of accurate patient documentation.
Requirements   NMBI Registered General Nurse license in good standing.
Become listed in the NMBI's general section of the nurse registry Must have three to five years of acute setting post-registration experience  Should have a recognized degree or background in the field (ideal) possess a minimum of one year's experience in management possess the necessary training in management (ideal) possess a track record of clinical and professional excellence Possess strong IT abilities and be adept at using all pertinent apps.
