The COB & CM Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. He/she must participate in industry forums representing Citi as well as recognize industry direction related to Digital Resilience and benchmark against Citi Resiliency strategy with the aim of continuous improvement. When implementing a global digital resilience framework, there are typically multiple people within the business/functions that provide the same level of subject matter expertise which need to be coordinated. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact in implementing new regulations, i.e. DORA, through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area of Digital Resilience Globally, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of Citi's Enterprise Resilience function.
Responsibilities: The COB & CM Lead Analyst develops and manages implementation and maintenance of solutions for multiple functional areas within Digital Resilience.Subject matter expert in at least one security and/or COB technology or policy discipline.Defines, implements, and applies area wide security and/or Resiliency policies and standards by leveraging knowledge of globally accepted information security and/or COB principles. Identifies and utilizes a global risk management model.Manage all related Resiliency deliverables such as: Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Plans, Crisis Management plans, Table Top Exercises.Filter and disseminate updates from Citi's Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and/or Cyber Fusion Center or Operational Resilience to respective owners and provide guidance on planning/actions as needed.Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications: Experience with complex program implementations, risk and/or relationship management. Knowledge of Citi business operations and technology.Ability to manage projects, expectations and maintain key relationships.Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to Digital Resiliency risk management.Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferredJob Family Group: Corporate Services
