Cocktail Bar Person

Dromoland Castle Hotel is currently recruiting for an experienced Bar Person.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a 4* or 5* property.
You must be passionate about people, about maintaining and driving standards and providing superb guest service.
Overview of Role: Working schedule is Monday Sunday with a variety of shifts, due to the nature of our business, flexibility is required.
Drinks service in the Cocktail Bar, Gallery and Drawing Room in the Castle.
Assisting with the Gallery food menu and Afternoon Tea service.
Opening and Closing Procedures.
Assisting in the function bars of the Hotel when the need arises.
The setup and service of private parties.
Be actively involved in raising the profile of the Cocktail Bar departmentally, hotel and externally.
Candidate will need to meet the following criteria: Minimum of 1 year experience preferably working in a 4* or 5* Must have excellent attention to detail.
Must be well organised and have a level of high service standards Have the ability to work under pressure.
Have a friendly, chatty, and outgoing personality.
