We're looking to hire a Collection Analyst Team Leader.
The role of the Collections Team Leader is to effectively lead a team of French and English speaking Collectors whilst managing a portfolio of customers in B2B and B2C environments.
You will be responsible for the daily management of the staff and to ensure the team consistently reaches set KPIs and SLAs.
Monitoring staff's performance is an essential part of the role.
Analyzing collections trends and patterns to dynamically change collections strategy will also be part of the challenge.
On a day-to-day basis, your mission will be to: • Manage day-to-day operations of a team of collection agents • Dealing with issues and assisting with escalations which have been escalated from team members • Plan, prioritise and schedule team activity and resources in order to meet targets and objectives • Ensure processes and procedures are regulated and followed • Monitor and observe the quality of the team members work to ensure that service standards are maintained • Be an active member of and contributor to the wider SCP Team, including communication of best practice and any outstanding issues.
• Providing daily and weekly feedback to staff and management on quality performance.
• Assist in the delivery of Service Level Agreement metrics to clients • Act as a coach for the existing and new staff People Management tasks • Take part in recruitment and training of new hires • Lead one-to-one meetings with team members in order to develop their performance and career plan • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop staff to ensure that resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
This may involve coaching, training, mentoring and on-going performance management of team members • Conduct performance reviews, feedback, and team meetings Requirements What we are looking for • Fluent French speaker with excellent English • Experience in people management is preferred • Experience in a client-facing environment • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner and a professional approach • Strong Collections/Credit Control experience, ideally in an outsourced environment • Proactive, driven and business focused Local Benefits We're based in the City Centre in the heart of Dublin.
