Responsibilities: As a key member of the engineering team, you will: Design and develop new medical devices, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
Evaluate products and processes, maintaining detailed records.
Identify and source raw materials, components, and suppliers.
Fabricate prototypes and conduct rigorous testing.
Collaborate with customers and project managers to align project goals.
Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.
Requirements: Were looking for candidates with: A Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or a related engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device industry.
Proficiency in high-end CAD systems, particularly SolidWorks.
A hands-on approach to design and fabrication with strong problem-solving skills.
