Our client a global manufacturer for the construction industry is seeking the talents of a Senior Design Engineerto join their expanding team inMonaghan.
This role offers the chance to lead breakthrough product designs and shape the future of heavy-duty equipment.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will join a well-established Monaghan team.
Job Responsibilities: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and detailed design through to prototyping, testing, and final production.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-performance products that meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Manage prototype builds, coordinate field tests, and analyze data to refine designs for optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure all designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company internal quality guidelines.
Utilize the Company's New Product and Process Development (NPPD) methodology to improve the efficiency of the design and production process.
Job Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering.
Advanced technical and design skills, with expert CAD proficiency.
Proven experience in solving complex engineering challenges.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaborative abilities.
Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
