Tines is looking for an Account Executive to join our expanding UK sales division.
As a member of the growing UK sales team, you will be an important part of our sales growth, our Go to Market strategy, and our culture.
You will be responsible for prospecting potential new customers; guiding customers through the sales cycle; collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineers; and building/maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the Security and IT space.
What you will be doing: Manage a high volume book of commercial customers through the sales cycle from prospecting through closingClearly demonstrate and articulate the capabilities, power and value of the Tines automation platform to prospective and current customersUncover fresh and diverse use cases to enable our customers to remove barriers and assist them to work smarterActively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Business Development RepresentativesPartner closely with the Sales Engineering team throughout the sales cycleCollaborate across Tines business functions ( Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, etc ) to ensure a world class customer experienceWork closely with Sales Leadership to build a strong business plan through customer, partner and community ecosystems to achieve growth within your accounts and specified territoryPartner with Sales Leadership to develop repeatable strategies for new logo acquisitionDeliver feedback to Product and Go to Market teams on suggestions from customers and prospectsEmbody our core values of speed, simplicity and soundness in your daily workWhat you bring with you: 1+ years full sales cycle experiencePrior experience generating leads and qualifying sales opportunities ideally at a software companyExperience positioning solutions to cybersecurity or IT practitionersAbility to prospect for outbound leads and at the same time nurture and develop inbound leadflowSuccessful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectivesCoachability and curiosity: open to feedback, proven ability to learn from mistakes, eager to question the normA passion to work at an early stage startup; a desire to make an impact for your team and the companyAt Tines, we're all about trying new things and taking the leap.
