Commercial Account Executive

Salary depending on experience – up to €60,000
About the job: This role involves supporting the sales and renewal of commercial insurance policies.
You'll work towards meeting sales targets, retaining clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
Ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly is crucial to your success in this area.
Job responsibilities: Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key brokers.You'll establish trust with brokers by anticipating their needs, sharing information, and meeting commitments.Collaboration within your team is also essential, working closely with team leaders and managers to meet broker needs and stay on track with team goals.What do I need? APA or CIP qualified.Minimum of 1 year experience working within the Insurance industry.Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.A willingness to learn and develop within the role is also important.Overall, this position is ideal for someone who can thrive in a team environment, is organized, and has a strong work ethic, with relevant insurance qualifications being a plus.
