We're hiring for a Commercial Account ManagerWe're NFP, an Aon company, and we provide services and solutions to support businesses and people. We have capabilities that extend around the globe, including here in the UK, Ireland, EMEA, APAC and North America.
We are recruiting for a Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team. You will play an integral role in building and managing a renewal portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to advance a person's career path with clear objectives in place to do so.
Overview of dutiesPerform the Broking Role for their portfolio of Clients dealing with Renewals and all mid-term alterations and queriesAchieve the best client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that all client deadlines are metYou will manage renewals ranging from SME to Corporate covering risks such as EL, PL, PI, D&O, and PropertyAchieve an appreciation of each client's business and cultureEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company proceduresParticipate in project workPerson specificationKnowledge, skills and abilities:Strong client advocateGood interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skillsHighly accurate with good attention to detail in the completion of all tasksEducation and/or experience:Previous experience working for an insurer or broker is requiredCIP qualified or significant progress towards achievement of CIPGood IT skills including a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suiteKey information:We may be a global business, but our culture is united and truly collaborative.
