Job Description As a Commercial Analyst – Asset Operations, your main responsibilities will be: Support the Senior Commercial Manager role Support the negotiation , execution and management of the CPPAs Oversee the administration of CPPA contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions Support with financial modelling and analysis to support PPA negotiations and assess the economic viability of potential agreements.
Manage Insurances renewals for both Statkraft and 3rd party assets Draft, review, and revise various types of contracts including but not limited to service agreements, Asset Management agreements, and waiver agreements Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor contract performance and compliance.
Provide support in dispute resolution and contract termination processes.
Develop and manage reporting process to Internal Asset Owners Manage Standardisation of processes and ways of working across the European portfolio including standardisation of Service level agreements, scope of responsibilities, pricing mechanics, etc.
Support overview of current reporting responsibilities across geographies and assist in introducing efficiencies where identified Support the management of the commercial performance of the Operations Asset Management Function Manage standardization of Statkraft Sustainability Strategy across E Operating Assets Support ESG reporting requirement for E operating assets Qualifications Business or Commerce Degree Relevant post-qualification work experience in Asset Operations Strong Organising skills Knowledge of International Quality Standards Knowledge of legal requirements for running a business is an advantage Knowledge of Digital Tools for managing efficiencies in business is an advantage Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Analytical, process and result-oriented with a strong focus on orderliness, structure and planning Independent self-starter with a clear ability to manage a large workload, often providing support to processes managed by colleagues, while prioritizing tasks and effectively juggling competing deadlines Ability to identify potential risks and threats to the business, with a proactive approach to mitigating these dangers Excellent communication skills in English Additional Information A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities, and the future.
