Oversee renewals, drive competitive bidding, and develop watertight agreements that maximize margins.
Enhance customer experience and engagement while ensuring a seamless billing and revenue recovery process.
Lead teams in Mobilisations, Estimating, and Commercial, implementing best practices and cutting-edge technologies to improve efficiency.
Work with Data Strategy and Business Intelligence to refine analytics, ensuring operational and financial accuracy.
What You Bring: Extensive experience in bid negotiations, financial management, and strategic thinking within a high-growth environment.
Experience within Facility Services is highly desirable A track record of empowering teams, building strong relationships, and collaborating effectively across diverse functions.
Ability to dive deep into complex data to support informed decision-making.
A structured approach to measuring success and implementing innovative solutions.
Adept at balancing business requirements with commercial drivers to control costs and maximize profitability.
Skilled in tools like Excel, Power BI, and MS Teams to enable effective operations.
