About the Role: The Commercial Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. This role requires a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Roles & Responsibilities: Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management – Provide financial support and guidance to the business unit to drive financial performance and effective decision making. Performance Analysis – P&L ownership and balance sheet management, working to understand and challenge the key drivers of customer and channel performance on a monthly basis. Budgeting & Forecasting – Play a key role during the annual budget cycle and strategic planning, ensuring that the key drivers of growth are understood and reflected appropriately. Process Improvement – Support the Head of Commercial Finance across business and functional priorities, driving continuous improvement and productivity. Commercial Planning – Support the implementation of a commercial planning system and enhancements to drive better planning and trade investment return analysis. About You: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field. Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP). Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities.
