We want you to: Oversee the financial operations around the company's intellectual property, including licensing, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.Manage the group's insurance policies to ensure appropriate coverage and protection.Ensure all financial and business practices comply with legal regulations and company standards.Identify and mitigate financial and legal risks associated with commercial activities.Work closely with various departments, including sales, operations, and legal, to provide financial insights and support business strategies.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Develop and implement processes to enhance financial and legal efficiency within the organization.
This job might be for you if you have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.Strong financial and legal background with substantial experience in finance and commercial contracting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in financial software and legal research tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
