Sales and Activity Management: Assist in achieving Commercial Renewal Businessbudget.
• Work as part of the team to achieve agreed
retention level/rate increase
• The achievement of other upsell / cross sell targets
• Ensure agreed processed are followed in all matters
Customer Service: Build strong long term relationships with Key Broker partners
• Take personal responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in work
• Deal with requests and enquiries from Brokers , staff and management in professional manner
Customer Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships with all Brokersby establishing trust, anticipating needs, sharing information and meeting commitments
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Team Leader, OperationsManager and/or member of Capital Mgt Team
• Working as part of a team environment to ensure all
Broker needs are met
• Working together to ensure the team is on track
Compliance: Comply with all management audit requirements• Complete Insurance exams within the appropriate
time
• Work to ensure that quality of file records meets
prescribed standards
