Commercial Lines Account Executive

Location - Dublin (Santry, Blancharstown or Sandyford)
Salary - 40K but also negotiable
This role is focused on supporting the team in managing commercial insurance renewals and building strong relationships with brokers and insurers.
As part of the team, your job is to help meet business targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Sales and Activity Management: You will assist in achieving the commercial renewal business budget by working to retain clients and contributing to upsell/cross-sell opportunities.You'll help ensure the team meets agreed targets and follows established processes.Customer Service: Building strong, long-term relationships with key broker partners is essential.You'll handle requests and inquiries from brokers, staff, and management in a professional and timely manner.Customer Relationship Management: Establishing trust with brokers and anticipating their needs will be key to your success in this role.
You'll share information and ensure that commitments are met.You will work closely with your Team Leader, Operations Manager, and the Capital Management team to ensure all broker needs are met and that the team is on track to hit targets.Compliance: You must ensure compliance with management audit requirements and maintain high-quality file records.The role also requires completing necessary insurance exams on time.Who We're Looking For:Teamwork and Communication: You should be a strong communicator with the ability to work well in a team.Adaptability: A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to embrace change are important.Attention to Detail: You'll need strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, even when things change unexpectedly.Qualifications: You should either have or be working towards an APA/CIP qualification.Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.Personality: We're looking for someone with a friendly, assertive manner who is eager to develop relationships with brokers and insurers.Why This Role?This is a great opportunity to grow within the insurance industry, working in a collaborative team environment while building strong professional relationships.
