* Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks.
* Procurement: Manage procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchase of materials, labour, and services.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key point of contact between clients, contractors.
* Project Financial Monitoring: Monitor project costs and ensure that projects remain within agreed financial boundaries.
Experience you need: * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong business acumen and ability to make financial decisions * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
* Strong time-management and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of the construction industry and its processes.
