Delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Ireland, UK & Europe.Sectors include traditional construction, data, bio-med, pharma, power-gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure & property development.You will be responsible for pre-construction, cost management, maximizing commercial performance on projects within the group & its subsidiaries while managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff.Also contribute at Senior Executive level introducing innovative business methodology and strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.A 'critical' appointment, based in Dublin (with hybrid options), integrated into the company growth trajectory and succession strategy for the Executive Management Team.
