Commercial Manager09/12/24 Cork NegPermanent full-timeWe're seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our clients sales team and drive the growth of the leading brand across retail and foodservice channels.

Location: Hybrid – Cork Office 2-3 Days Per Week.Excellent benefits: including 20% Bonus, Car Allowance, Company events, Company pension, Employee assistance program & On-site parking.Responsibilities: Lead and develop the sales team to meet targets.Shape commercial strategy to drive revenue and market share.Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.Work closely with marketing and finance to ensure profitability and brand alignment.Promote a culture of excellence and continuous development.Requirements: Candidates will have track records in both the Retail & Foodservice industries.Proven experience in commercial leadership within the food or drink industries (branded experience preferred).Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.Leadership skills with a track record of growing sales teams.Passion for food and experience in a family business environment is a plus.At Quorum Search Partners we respect your privacy.
