Commercial Manager

AA Euro Group is recruiting a Commercial Manager for our client`s offshore wind farm projects in Cork.
This role is ideal for an energetic, value-driven, and highly organized individual who thrives on challenges and understands the needs of a dynamic, scaling company.
The Role:
Act as the liaison between customers and project managers.Manage commercial and contractual relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors.Measure, price, negotiate, and agree on budgets and costs for project scope variations.Verify project costs, raising and resolving any necessary queries.Attend pre-contract meetings, engage with a broad range of construction professionals, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.Produce and maintain current procurement schedules.Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to develop quotations for services and subcontracts, selecting best-value options.Address other commercial matters as necessary.Requirements:
