Commercial Manager

The Top Security Group of companies is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to head up its fast-developing CCTV installation and Remote Monitoring division.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to expand our footprint and take responsibility for managing a division within a larger group.
Top Security is Ireland's largest indigenous independent security provider with over 40 years of experience in both Physical and Virtual security.
We provide security solutions to a large and diverse client base.
The successful candidate must be experienced in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns and have a strong sales background.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Executive who is commercially focused with an aptitude for technology without necessarily being technical themselves.

Key Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for divisional performance Achieve new business targets Develop a sales pipeline to new customers and upsell to our existing customer base Have full responsibility for developing and managing the marketing function Execute high performance sales discipline in the following: Sales/Pipeline Management Target driven Maintain company standards by establishing and enforcing an ethos built up over 45 years.
Skills Required: A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar or related role Ability to deliver on agreed targets Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Highly motivated, self-starter with an appetite for success Knowledge of the security industry an advantage but not essential Skills: Management target driven Performance Management leadership skills.
