As Commercial Sales Manager (Ireland), you will be joining a leading international company involved in the design and manufacture of water treatment products for the building services industry. They have over 30 years of providing world-leading water treatment technology to protect commercial and industrial premises.
You will be responsible for building effective working relationships throughout Ireland to ensure that company exposure is maximised in the marketplace with Mechanical Contractors regarding Water Treatment equipment.
Responsibilities:Support the team/company in monitoring and updating the relevant projects and accounts within the CRM.Visit Building Mechanical Contractors as necessary, including office or site-based visits.Visit Merchants as necessary.Make effective sales calls to maximise exposure in the marketplace.Build effective working relationships to ensure company exposure is maximised and the Manager is remembered as a "Must Go To" individual for advice on water treatment equipment.Conduct weekly reporting meetings with the Manager.Engage in monthly prospecting with weekly updates.Develop monthly business plans to achieve sales targets.Possess strong technical prowess within the water treatment industry or have the ability and willingness to learn quickly; understanding of technical schematics will be required to maximise efficiency in the role.Ensure the correct contacts in each customer account are identified and visited regularly.Action and monitor appointed/prospected projects.Attend and identify any training needs and request assistance when required.Demonstrate daily the company's core values and support the company's mission statement.Aim to achieve yearly financial targets and daily standard company objectives.Prepare and send customer quotations.Answer customer calls and take appropriate action.Perform other ad-hoc related duties as required.Qualifications:To be considered for the Commercial Sales Manager role, you will have exceptional client-facing skills delivered in an engaging and professional manner.
