Our client is s seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their team, dedicated to delivering innovative waste management solutions to businesses across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities: Actively target new customers and sales opportunities within your territory through quality cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
Understand and assess clients' waste management needs, providing tailored, comprehensive quotations to meet their requirements.
Develop and execute detailed sales plans to maximize territory coverage and meet sales targets.
Establish and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality service and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer on-boarding and setup.
Prepare and submit detailed sales reports on revenue, targets, and opportunities, keeping management informed of progress.
Maintain a proactive approach to health, safety, and performance management to meet team and company objectives.
About You: 2 years Min of B2B sales experience, in a commercial setting.
Full Irish driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Proven communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise proposals.
