About the Role: Our Finance teams work to provide insightful financial information to inform decision making across AIB, meet our regulatory commitments, manage AIB's capital, liquidity and costs effectively and protect the assets of our business for the long term. The People & Engagement Manager role is primarily focused on supporting this through implementing a dynamic and holistic Talent & Culture plan. Working with the CFO, Finance SMT and the Head of Finance Operations your focus will be on delivering key activities in that plan related to learning and development, culture and purpose, communication, wellbeing, and engagement. The role is responsible for proposing, designing, planning and structuring activities, delivering them according to the schedule, and reporting on the results. Key Responsibilities included: 3 - 5+ year's proven experience in a People, Engagement & Employee Communications role in a comparable organisation/area, designing and implementing Talent and Culture initiatives. Proficient in delivering engaging, timely messaging aligned with the organisation's employee communication and engagement strategies. Proven expertise in cultivating strategic and strong relationships with key stakeholders in the areas of communication, engagement. Proficient in leveraging data insights to enhance our Learning & Development portfolio, aligned to our AIB Career capabilities to support personal and career growth. Proven ability of strong report writing, delivering key tasks against competing priorities and tight deadlines. What you will bring: A key team-player and trusted advisor, the role is primarily responsible for leading the design and implementation of innovative Talent & Culture initiatives aligned to our Group strategy, to create an environment where our people thrive. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including our CFO, Finance SMT, Employee Communications, HR People Experience team to align messaging and deliver integrated people strategies. Champion communication excellence across Finance through coaching, training, and standard implementation to ensure key stakeholders are engaged and supportive. Design, implement and embed Finance strategic skills & development programmes including the Grad Programme to foster continuous learning and growth within Finance. Operate effectively in the face of ambiguity and manage multiple competing tasks whilst ensuring timely, high-quality delivery for our customers.
