Communications and Engagement Specialist, DublinLocation/office policy: Hybrid working, which will include a blend of onsite (Molesworth Street, Dublin) and remote working.
Do you have experience: Designing and delivering impactful communications, preferably in financial services or another business environment.In event management and can plan, organise, and execute virtual and in-person customer and employee events.A passion for people and engagement and can drive a positive employee experience for our Finance team.What is the Role: This exciting and varied role is part of our People and Engagement team in Finance.
The key purpose of the role is to:
Support the Treasury Customer Engagement strategy and be responsible for the production and multichannel distribution of information to our Treasury customers.Support, plan, and execute internal and external events for both our employees and customers.Support the People and Engagement team to inform, connect and drive employee engagement within Finance.Key accountabilities: A minimum of 2 years' experience working in Financial Services or another similar Business environment.Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person Customer and Employee events, including technology support and Event Management.Create and deliver content for approved Internal and External campaigns.Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of communication activities and make recommendations based on findings.Produce & distribute multichannel information to customers, being available for work from 7:45am.What You Will Bring: Experience in designing, implementing, and reporting on multichannel email and digital campaigns (Internal/External).Experience preferable, or a willingness to learn, graphic design, video and audio production, editing, and other media management.A proven passion for people engagement and experience delivering effective Internal/External communication strategies demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).A highly organised, creative, self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative, and able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.A flexible team player, with a high level of initiative who can create a positive working relationship with key stakeholders while managing competing priorities.Why Work for AIB: We are committed to offering our colleagues choice and flexibility in how we work and live, and our hybrid working model enables our people to balance their time between working from home and their designated office, subject to their role, the needs of our customers, and business requirements.
