We are looking for a Communications Assistant to join our Publicity team in Ireland.
The role: This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who is keen to learn about the world of publicity and to support the team working across a huge variety of genres.
You will be responsible for general administration for the team, with responsibilities including: Organising meetings Communicating with journalists and authors Organising publicity schedules, travel and accommodation Accompanying authors to interviews and attend events, which will involve some evenings and weekends.

What you'll bring: We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team, is full of ideas and has a creative approach.
You must be flexible, have a great eye for detail, and be able to prioritise and organise.
You must be highly computer-literate.
Some basic design experience would be helpful but is not essential.
Plus, we're looking for someone who enjoys engaging on social media.
You'll need excellent interpersonal skills over email, phone and in-person, combined with the confidence to communicate with both authors and the press.
