There is currently 1 Permanent whole time vacancy available in Newpark Primary Care Centre, Kilkenny.

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Community Healthcare Network Manager from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

The Enhanced Community HealthCare Network Managers the accountable and

responsible person for ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe, coordinated, primary care

team services to the population of the Community Healthcare Network.
This will be

provided in accordance with legislative and service delivery frameworks and requirements,

within the resources allocated.

Using a multi-disciplinary team-based model of service delivery, The Enhanced Community

HealthCare Network Manager have full responsibility and accountability for managing

specified Primary Care staff within the Community Healthcare Network.
They will provide

day to day operational line management for these Primary Care Staff, working

collaboratively with the Heads of Discipline who will provide clinical governance and

assurance regarding professional practice, quality and standards and will have a line of

clinical supervision regarding the practice of each HSE professional within the Network.

The Enhanced Community HealthCare Network Manager will co-ordinate the integration of

community healthcare services within the Network in response to the needs and

requirements of the population.
They will be responsible for service user involvement and

lead on engagement with communities.
