RecruitNet International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas,   We are Hiring a Community Home care Nurse in County Meath Full-time/part-time, permanent contract.
10 hour shift (10am - 8pm) in a Home Care Setting Monday to Sunday (70 hrs per week available) Responsibilities To ensure recognit ion of the person as an individual The prioritise the needs and comforts of the client and family Demonstrate kindness, compassion and patience General nursing care with ADL's Administrating medications Administrating medications Nursed on a Trilogy Ventilator via a Tracheostomy Requires PRN suctioning Peg Feed Provide excellent evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the client's care plans based on the needs identified and reviewed accordingly Maintain a high standard of infection control To safeguard the interest of the client always.
Requirements RGN on live register of NMBI Minimum one to two years' experience working as an ICU Registered Nurse is desired BLS is essential.
