The Community Lead role will suit a results orientated, ambitious and highly organised individual with a passion for customer service and networking.

Roles & Responsibilities: Take ownership and lead the front of house experience, liaising with clients and supporting the customer service experience Scheduling internal and external meetings as required Develop and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues across the business Support day to day operations such as inventory, stock control, housekeeping standards and building audits Support community events Ensure clients are given a prompt and efficient service Support and maintain effective business relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and transferring these in to the location Other duties as required as part of the role The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Previous office and customer service experience - hospitality/ retail experience preferred Strong written and verbal communications Attentive to detail with the ability to multi task Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships Excellent time management and organisation skills Good IT skills (basic troubleshooting)
