Job Purpose: The Oasis service aims to provide a range of supports to School Leavers and RT leavers from the age of 18 years and over.
The purpose of the job is to promote and support independent living and community integration, personal development, social interactions, and work opportunities for people with Autism or physical/sensory disabilities.
There is a strong emphasis on community involvement and signposting people to resources in their own community.
