New Horizons (Community Individualised Supports Service) Support Workers x 4 (full time posts) (Care Assistant Disability Services salary scale applies) Cope Foundation is recruiting support workers for New Horizons, an individualised support service.
The successful applicants will be required to work as part of a team to support people who live independently.
The following are essential requirements for the position: A QQI 5 Major award or equivalent A full driving licence and access to own vehicle Passionate about human rights and supporting people to live full and meaningful lives.
Experience and/or knowledge of individualised support The ability to be creative and innovative To be a good observer and to have a natural curiosity Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A willingness to be flexible with working hours as this will be dictated by the individuals support requirements The following is desirable: Experience in supporting people in individualised ways Informal enquiries may be made to Paula Kelly or Sandra Swanton .
