About the RoleWe are looking for a full-time Community Team Lead with strong experience in leading communities and partners. This is an important role within our operations team with many growth opportunities.
Responsibilities IncludeLead and assist our community partners.Provide direction to customer service to ensure timely and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.Set and track KPIs for categories, providing feedback to team members as necessary.Monitor dates, bookings, and availability of partners.Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance partner efficiency.Understand Classpop's services and provide timely solutions to partner inquiries.Support partners and respond to inquiries through multiple channels including phone, chat, and email.Assist hosts with questions or requests related to our platform and upcoming experiences.Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience managing community partners.Ability to perform data-driven analysis in Excel with minimal guidance.Proficient in setting and maintaining KPIs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the position.Resourceful and responsive.Ability to work efficiently and distraction-free in a home office environment.Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.Experience working with a CRM.Detail-oriented.Hours8 hours/day, with at least 6 hours within the 8am to 6pm time window (any time zone in the US).
