Company Accountant

Company Accountant - Dublin | €65-75k per annum Hybrid An established Dublin-based company is seeking a Company Accountant to join their growing Finance team.
This permanent role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and pension package.
About the Role: Reporting to the Regional and Group Financial Controller, this role manages the full finance function, including month-end reporting and process improvement.
You'll play a key role in change management as the company standardizes processes across the group.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare weekly/monthly management reports and annual budgets.
Manage VAT/PAYE returns and oversee bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
Implement job costing processes and streamline invoicing.
Support year-end accounts and the annual audit.
Lead process improvements and assist with software upgrades.
Requirements: Qualified Accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience or 5+ years QBE.
Strong Excel skills with attention to detail.
Proven experience in managing change and improving processes.
Must hold an EU passport or Stamp 4 visa and have the right to work in Ireland.
