Complex Care Nurse (Rcn/Rgn/Rnid)

Are you a compassionate and skilled Paediatric Nurse (RCN/RGN/RNID) looking to make a meaningful impact?
We are seeking a dedicated nurse to provide high-quality, home-based care for children with complex medical needs.
This role involves working closely with the child and their family, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
Responsibilities: Provide specialised nursing care for a child with complex needs in their home.
Manage medication administration.
Monitor and manage critical health concerns.
Qualifications: Registered RCN, RGN, or RNID with active NMBI registration.
Experience in paediatric home care or acute paediatric settings preferred.
Strong understanding of care plans and medication management Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with families.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
