About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic Compliance department.
This team plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that all candidate files are meticulously maintained and all necessary checks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Candidate Account Management: Ensure that all candidate files are up to date and compliant, enabling a smooth recruitment process.
Onboarding Support: Work closely with new candidates to guide them through the compliance process, ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation.
Garda Vetting Processing: Handle the processing of Garda Vetting applications for healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Reference Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks to verify candidate credentials and qualifications.
Candidate Communication: Liaise with candidates via phone and email to address any queries and provide updates on their compliance status.
Administrative Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the department and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
While recruitment experience is not necessary, a background in administration within a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in administrative tasks with strong computer skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
