Compliance Advisory

Robert Walters is excited to partner with a Global business within Financial Services who are looking for a Compliance Advisory to join the Dublin Business.

Your focus in this role will be offering expert, data-informed oversight and challenge to ensure the business meets its legal, regulatory, and ethical responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities Assess compliance risks through reviews of business activities, processes, and systems, and investigate potential market abuses. Oversee compliance breaches, corrective actions, and preventive measures to mitigate future risks. Ensure policies and procedures comply with regulatory standards and collaborate with wider compliance teams. Investigate and oversee financial crime risks, including money laundering and terrorist financing. About You: Experience advising on complex compliance issues and supporting leaders in resolving escalated matters. Previous experience developing risk mitigation strategies, creating policies, and strengthening controls within the business. Able to analyze complex data and provide clear, effective solutions to compliance challenges. Influence stakeholders and align compliance efforts with business strategy and objectives.
