Compliance Analyst:

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our growing Compliance team based in Dublin, Ireland.
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that ACE Money Transfer operates within the boundaries of all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring, reporting, and mitigating compliance risks to safeguard our operations and reputation.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse transaction alerts generated by the automated AML, Fraud, and sanctions monitoring solution, identifying and investigating potential instances of suspicious activity.Conduct thorough investigations into alerts, utilizing judgement and decision-making skills to determine the presence of grounds for suspicion of money laundering or terrorist activity.Perform comprehensive end-to-end customer due diligence reviews, meticulously documenting findings and actively supporting all AML procedures.Assist in the creation and maintenance of current and upcoming compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.Take charge of completing and supporting the preparation of reports destined for both external and internal stakeholders.Maintain and update relevant compliance registers within the business to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.Collaborate with the customer engagement team, liaising effectively to obtain additional information necessary for making informed decisions on addressing generated alerts.Conduct analytical reviews of alerts generated for customers, identifying key trends in activity, and providing valuable input into the customer risk assessments performed.Stay up to date with relevant payment industry regulations, AML, KYC and other applicable laws. QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., finance, law, business, or related discipline). Skills and Expertise2+ years of experience.Strong communication ability with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure and meet key deadlines within the business.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Excellent report writing and presentation skills.Experience in Compliance is a plus.
