Cpl Healthcareis seeking applications for the role ofRisk and Compliance Officer,to join a committed multidisciplinary team in a registered mental health facility. Working closely with the Head of Quality, Risk, Compliance & Patient Administration, key responsibilities will include quality and compliance, incident and risk management, managing complaints and feedback and system management. To be considered for the role, the following criteria will apply: Minimum 2 years proven experience of the outlined key duties & responsibilities in a relevant clinical/healthcare setting.Strong understanding and knowledge of mental health services, necessary regulatory standards, risk management processes and risk management tools.Evidence of influencing people positively and embracing the change agenda.High proficiency in IT, for example: quality management system, electronic patient record, Microsoft Excel & Word.Data analysis and data presentation skills.Excellent communication skillsStrong team player with ability to work independently.Eligibility to work in Ireland.
