Responsibilities:Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiriesPerform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activitiesAssist with pre-SAR filing mitigating controls and client offboardingParticipate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirementsLiaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharingAny general administration and related activities as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the CompanyRequirements:At least 1-2 years of directly related experience in a compliance role and/or regulatory facing role with substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations and the day-to-day compliance affairsFluency in English and Dutch is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholdersGood analytical skills, systematic approach, and logical thinkingTeam player skillsProactive, ambitious, and user-focused attitudeStrong sense of accountability and ownership over law enforcement engagement processSelf-motivated, ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stressDetail-oriented with strong controls mindset and time management skillsStrong communication skillsNice to have:Good knowledge on provisions of local laws, directives, regulations and other standards applicable to subject persons and knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policiesFamiliarity with blockchain analytics, either using existing tools or manually tracking funds effectively using relevant block explorersWorking at Binance• Be a part of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem that continues to grow and offers excellent career development opportunities
