Compliance Co Ordinator / Customer Service Executive

Our client is based in Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Person to join their busy and expanding team.

This is a permanent role with a salary of circa €38k, 25 holidays, Healthcare and Pension.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE : Matching creditor invoices to related orders/PODs. Set up of vendor/creditor accounts on accounting system Processing Accounts Payable Invoices and Credit Notes. Resolving invoice discrepancies Preparing and processing accounts payable payments Maintenance of PO system and matching invoices to same Reconciliation of Vendor accounts Review of expenses claims and processing of same Assisting in the preparation of creditor, expenditure and statistical reports THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Excellent MS Word & Excel.
