Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is seeking to a recruit a concierge team member to join the highly successful Front Office team for the position of Front Door Host /Concierge.
The hours involved will include both early and late shifts and will include mid-week and weekend work.
Responsibilities: Ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere at the main door and occasionally in the lobby area Greeting guests at their cars as they arrive, assisting with luggage and providing directions to the front desk Valet parking Providing the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner while following Druids Glen standards, procedures and policies at all times. Handling all guest requests and fulfilling them as quickly as possible.
Ensuring that the guests first impression is memorable This role may also include some Front Desk Duties The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Experience of working within a Hotel's Concierge or similar Front Office position is desirable.
Previous experience working with a computerised Front Office system is desirable but not essential Knowledge of the Wicklow area is vital Excellent Communication Skills Full clean drivers' licence is essential.
