Conference & Banqueting Manager

Are you an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager with a 4-star background.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced C&B Manager.
We are looking for a C&B Manager with excellent team management and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and motivate their team to consistently deliver a high level of guest service.
Reporting to theOperations Manager & Food and Beverage, the C&B Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the C&B department, organising and planning events and overseeing the food and beverage team to ensure guest expectations are met.
You will work with the sales team, Head Chef and heads of department to ensure the success of each event, communicating effectively with the guest and the team.
The C&B Manager will work with the HR department in employee recruitment, training and development and be responsible for cost control, financial budgets, waste management etc.
along with the Director of Food and Beverage.
You must be legally able to work in Ireland with no restrictions.
